⛄Bray Municipal District : Christmas edition ⛄ 🏗️We had our usual presentation about the Florentine development, with all previous presentations stating that the project was on time. But this time the news was broken to us that the finishing of the project will be delayed until February-Match 2020. All the Councillors were very dissapointed as we're all equally excited for it to open. 💶 Now for some good news. Submitting of Public Realm money ideas. While we didn't get a direct definition of what public realm money was. My definition is that it is anything that benefits the whole public( example a public bench or park). If you have any ideas please do comment or simply message me. I currently have my own ideas but I'm always open to the public help ! 🏡 Discussion about what happening in Kilgarron and Ballybrew came up on the agenda. As I mentioned similar problems in both areas. While Ballybrew has flooding and lack of hedge cutting. Kilgarron has troubles with mud slides from the construction and lack of quick action on other problems. 📄Some really good motions were put forward. One being that we as a council have two public meeting all across Bray, Enniskerry and Kilmac. So we can talk to community groups as a unit and maximise our effectiveness. ☑️ While there was plenty of more interesting topics. These we're the ones that caught my eye, the most. If you've any questions please do comment or message me.

It was great to experience a bit of heritage week on a beautiful Sunday. The Wicklow lighthouse was flooded with families visiting and enjoying the scenic route to it. It's amazing to live in such a beautiful county filled with history and seeing people appreciate that, made it even better. I even bumped into a good few people from bray, who came out for the lighthouse open day and would recommend to anybody. #Wicklow #Wicklowtown #lighthouse #Sunday #Sea #history #GardenofIreland #beautiful
